I had James try and sell my Kirkland townhome. He was very helpful in coordinating vendors to get the place ready to sell while keeping me updated on progress. When we ran into some roadblocks, he worked hard to get the answers needed for a potential buyer from the HOA. He kept me aware of my options and his recommendations throughout. Ultimately, we did not end up selling the unit due to circumstances beyond our control, but I would definitely work with him again in the future.
