My customer service with JMP has to be one of the top worst experiences I've had to deal with. Dropped my fork tubes off from my Ninja 650R over a month ago being told it'd be a week to get parts in and get them done. Called them every week after the initial week and was told one thing or another.. Still waiting on the parts.. even a "I haven't checked the parts bin in a few days, let me go see if they came in".
