I walked in just looking at bikes, no intention on getting one. But after talking with the sales guy (Chuck), he took me that extra step. Without anyone making me feel like I needed to get a bike, they just helped me along the way. Now I'm not so sure I can walk back in there without walking out with another new bike.
My son bought a used motorcycle from them and Kelly and Chuck couldnt have been anymore nicer about it. 100% satisfaction from start to finish!
What a great bunch of folks. An end of the day short notice sale handled with bright smiles and immediately efficiency. Felt like i was dealing with old friends.

to Greg the Mechanic, dude you rock!!! i dont know what you did to my bike but it runs better than the day i bought it!!!!!!! it now screams! i barely have to touch the throttle and it GOES!!!!! WOW!! i have alot better handling too!! maybe it was the new tire but i barely have to lean the bike now to turn a corner. before i had to lean hard to get around a corner now i dont have to!!!! people! if you want excellent, friendly service go to these people!! if you want to be treated like family go here!!
I had a great experience with JMP. Ordered my apes in grips on a Saturday afternoon. By that next friday, they were shipped and installed and i was on my upgraded bike in less a week.
