Cost me 2250 for front tire after there teck tore up my trike and don or Dan at the service desk told me that the teck took it for a test drive after puting on tire and was joy riding out hot dogin it tore the drive shaft out that they fired him but tiff luck on my side took a month and 2250$ I will not go there and hope it don't happen to any b ody else and very poor customer. Service won't call u back and try every way possible to not have it fixed
The people at JMP Cycle Kawasaki were courteous and friendly. Kelly CM Brooke was so knowledgeable and efficient. Chuck went out of his way to even take us to the Cupcake & Cookie Shop next door for an extra treat! Tammy Galliher, the owner is a smart, energetic & fair business owner.
My experience purchasing my 2017 Kawasaki Z900 was a great one. The owners and staff bent over backwards to ensure that the bike was the right one for me. Tammy spent several hours with me while I was making my decision and her husband installed my accessories at my convenience, making sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. The rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Kelly did all of the the paperwork and was a pleasure to work with. A+
