Service was terrible! No communication & very unprofessional! My property failed the lead test & Marvin called saying it would need to be retested at an extra charge, he never explained what that meant or told me how to prepare for better results the day of the retest I asked did the surface need to be cleaned to test better he then told me yes (never mentioned it before) I cleaned the surface as he stood there. I had to keep contacting him about my results & when he gave me a certificate with the results he never specified ... read more
