moved into their Spaulding Ave property back in 2020. Never missed a payment. Caring tenant here. Moved out this past May. I confirmed direct deposit as preferred method where security deposit of can be sent to. What is legally supposed to take no more than 21 calendar days has now turned into over 80 days. I’ve sent emails, a certified letter. no response. Before you give them a security deposit, keep that in mind

Read other reviews online as well as here and I believe that it’s an accurate assessment of my experience. I had a few follow up questions after viewing one of their units, which didn’t go answered for several days until I expressed interest in applying. Once they sent that over I submitted a rental application about a week ago and never heard back. I’ve followed up and it’s been complete silence. Looks like they just want to make money off of applications and however else they can and leave you high and dry. Needless to say... read more
