The service was quick and exceptional! My husband and I liked how we could get a technician to come out on the same day we called. Also, they sent a pic of Gilbert ahead of time so we knew who would show up at our door. Gilbert was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He knew the answers to all of our questions. We will definitely use their services again.
Nick and Gilbert did an amazing job installing my new furnace and converting my home to central air. My home was built in the 50’s and has been added on to so there were some ducting changes they needed to make to ensure the system would heat and cool the whole house. I went from a swamp cooler to a heat pump for my AC. They were very professional and explained all of my options. Excellent service!
Gilbert was amazing. I called this morning. Help was on its way in a couple of hours. Gilbert quickly found the problem, picked up the replacement part, installed it, and thoroughly tested the system. Well done!
We had J&M install a brand new heat pump system and indoor air quality in our house and it is amazing! Our gas bill now dropped significantly and the air feels and smells great! I would highly recommend them!
Nick was super professional and helped us figure out what we need to take care of at our building. I will definitely be using J&M again!
