Jim came highly recommended from several neighbors who recently had generators installed, and he definitely did not disappoint! As promised, JM technician Kris arrived this morning to tune up my Generac generator. He was courteous, efficient, very pleasant and informative and did an excellent job in maintaining my unit. His attention to detail was meticulous and aside from doing the maintenance, he cleaned the unit inside and out thus making it appear brand new.
