How utterly unprofessional. I had an appointment for 3 o’clock in the afternoon. I specifically told him the reason that I needed to schedule for the afternoon is because I work nights and would be sleeping. He texted me in the early afternoon on the day of the appointment to confirm, but I didn’t see the text until I got up at 2 o’clock, which was one hour prior to the appointment. I like, Matt. He's a good guy. However, he didn't sand or prime the doors and baseboard, so the paint just peals off with your fingernail. He also didn't finish a few areas that I asked him to. He did a great job with the walls, though. He also got some paint on the floor, handles, etc.
