What a wonderful experience! Beautiful storefront, friendly & very knowledgeable staff, & every style of dress imaginable! I liked the privacy & intimate nature of being nearly the only one in the store during my appointment, & the accommodations for my family while I tried on were wonderful. Couldn't imagine a better place to say YES to the most amazing dress :)
Not trustworthy at all. They don't correct their own mistakes, so once you have your dress and you recognise it's not how it should be, they don't care at all, they leave you alone with the defective dress shortly before your marriage and you have to deal with it by yourself. VERY CUSTOMER UNFRIENDLY!!!!!!!
