Ive worked with JL flooring on multiple projects. They supply a great product and their install teams are top of the class!
Hired them to replace all flooring in one of my rentals . I paid my half upfront and before actually scheduling a date for the install they showed up and did it . The work was sloppy. When I reached out , I was told they would come fix the large gaps in the floor and trim work. They never showed back up. Totally threw off the renovation. Similarly they caused a leak in the upstairs bathroom that damaged the ceiling below and refused to acknowledge the issue .
Showed up when they said they would, did what they said they would and the result looks good. Thanks guys!
