Of course the AC went out late on a Friday afternoon. After talking to Joshua, we agreed the extra cost for a weekend repair wasn't in my best interest. My job was added to the Monday schedule. Turned out Peter correctly discovered the problem, had the part on hand and solved the problem before 9 a.m. Monday! The invoice followed soon after. I didn't understand some of the billing; Joshua patiently explained each item, made an adjustment (in my favor) and explained a few other industry related items I also didn't understand.... read more
***June 2024 Update** I purchased another unit from JL Finley and again, I couldn't be more impressed with their service. I received quotes from three other companies and Josh was the only one who consistently followed up and made sure I was comfortable with my decision. I wouldn't recommed any other HVAC company. ------------- Peter came out to check out my heating/ac unit and provided top notch service. Knowledgeable, honest and polite. Highly Recommend.
