We recently hired J.K. Schwartz to fix our deck. We have not done anything to it in the past 10 years so it was in bad shape. Mr. Schwartz recommended having several boards replaced followed by sanding the entire floor of the deck and then stained. Much to our surprise, the deck came out beautiful. His crew did a great job despite the hot weather. They cleaned up after themselves as well. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

recieved a quote to sand and stain my deck. Approximately 750 square feet of pressure treated lumber that I had prepped for them with a pressure washer. Prepped to their specs. The quote process and promise of quality work went well. A crew of 4 young men sanded for less than one hour, called it finished and packed up. They mentioned they were in a hurry to get to the next job. In response to this customers complaint, our staff consists of three workers who are in their 30s and two who are over 25. In addition, this customer is upset due to the fact that he can not have a 2 tone deck. He wants the floor to be one color and the rails to be another. We explained to him several times that we do not do 2 tone decks. We clearly stated that in our proposal and he was told that verbally, yet he would not take that for an answer once we started the work. My garage floor coating came out perfect! I made the mistake of buying the **** *****DIY floor coating kit which just peeled off after the first winter and left my floor looking awful. I then decided to call Jim who had been power washing my house for years once I heard he was now doing flooring. He not only had to take care of my DIY flooring project gone wrong but laid down a beautiful new coating that lasts. Highly recommend his team for the garage floor coating, couldn’t be happier with the finished product.

I had J K Schwartz power wash and seal my stamped concrete patio (which is huge) last month towards the end of September at my Lancaster, New York home. The job was outstanding and completed in just two days. The finish looks awesome and the color was restored. The price given was very reasonable as well. We recently had our deck done by J.K Schwartz, they did an outstanding job. We couldn't be happier. We had some boards replaced , and stained. Our deck looks like we just put it in. The workers were hard working, sufficient,and cleaned up afterwards. We will definitely use them again.
