We had stamped concrete done in 2006 and it had become faded and old looking. Called this company and Jim, the owner called me back within the day. Two days later he was here to take a look and give an estimate. We discussed our options to refresh the pavement, and settled on his suggestion. Within a week Lori, his wife called to set up an appt. Having used JK Schwartz 3 times in the last 7 years, I can say, without any hesitation that I have been 100% satisfied with the workmanship, professional manner, worker politeness (all of his men are very nice, don't use bad language and will answer any question you may have), openness and transparency in all communication with Jim. JK Schwartz did our deck in summer 2020. Started bubbling same summer. Chipped same season and called them. Jim returned and said we had bad wood and he could replace. He also accused us of putting our furniture back on before 7days. Quote never indicated that. Chipped considerably over winter. Called them back and was told only warranty the same season. Called someone else, restored our deck the way it should have been. Don’t trust this guy. If his quote is good, he’ll make you pay for it later

We gave this customer an estimate to restore their deck in 2020. We advised them that they had several boards that were severely cracked and some were rotting. We advised them that these boards would probably not hold stain very well due to their condition. They did not want to put the extra money into the deck by having the bad boards changed. I was totally impressed by the work Jim and his crew did in sealing my stamped concrete patio and staining my deck. Over the years I have contracted with various providers for these services. JKS work procedures are far superior to any of my previous providers and at a very fair price. Jim and his crew were protective of my siding and landscape to assure no overspray. Thank you Jim, Lori and crew! I have an aging fence along the back of my property and a newer one along the side, both turned grey. The fence along the back was doing "the wave" in the winter winds and I knew it needed serious attention or it would fall over. JK Schwartz to the rescue! And since I was having them come out anyway, I also contracted for them to power wash the house and concrete. My wife and I purchased an amazing house with 3+ acres of awesome property near ******** ***** in the Town of Orchard Park a few years ago that came with a massive 30+ year old wood deck. The deck measures 39’ x 26’ and was in sad shape. It was stained with a solid stain to match the “chocolate brown” trim/gutters of our house but years of neglect left it peeling & chipping badly. Attention to detail. Pride in one's work. These guys are good! They arrived when they said they would and cleaned every exposed surface; paying special attention to problem areas (tree sap, bird droppings, mold, lines in the gutters.) They use disinfectants, degreasers and scrub brushes! They were friendly, respectful, motivated and focused. I highly recommend this firm. The old adage, "You get what you pay for" applies here.
