My experience with JK was completely shocking and absolutely unacceptable. It began when I applied for an apartment at the Blackstone which was under JK's management. I paid a $35 application fee, viewed the unit, and was told it would be ready in about 10 days after some minor finishing work. I liked the apartment and, based on that representation, paid the security deposit and first month’s rent. This place is absolutely a joke. Jk Homes is here just to collect rental application fees. You will never hear anything from them. Do no rent from these people.

Me and my boyfriend fell in love with one of their rental houses! So we applied and never heard anything from anyone. I have called several times and left voice mails as well as emails for the home! All we got was an email stating how they had a few applications to look at to give them up to 10 days and after 10 days still nothing! It’s been over a month since we applied and we are just kind of over it with them! I just didn’t want someone else to pay for the application like us and not even get anything!
