Excellent food and excellent service! A real plus for Buena Vista!
We try to eat at JJ's every week. Love everything about this place. The food, the service, the price. It's all good!
Had pork platter, beans and mac and cheese. It was delicious and the serving portions were big. The sweet tea and lemonade were fantastic! The restaurant was very clean and cozy.
What a nice surprise to find this shack while traveling back to Roanoke. Parking lot was full. I ordered the smoked oysters and they were to die for! Better than at any beach I've been. And I used to live in Wilmington NC. Hush puppies were yummy. People working there were very courteous and kind as well as helpful. Atmosphere inside was great. Hey Everyone!!! Let me tell you something, I had the chef salad today with grilled chicken and it was EXCELLENT!!! If you are like me and enjoy a good salad with lots of fresh veggies, then you need to head over to JJ's right now and get their chef salad special today for only $5!!!!!!!! You will not be sorry. I am REALLY hoping that it becomes a regular menu item. Hands down......the best salad I have eaten here in BV!!
