I booked a cleaning appointment a week in advance after seeing this company on TikTok and was extremely disappointed. The morning of the appointment, they canceled because the cleaners were in Oceanside and "couldn't make it." It is not my problem that your team was in another area; if you couldn't handle the logistics, you shouldn't have scheduled me for this day. You had one job, and you failed to show up. Shame on you. I had such a great experience with Art of Cleaning, they were able to schedule me quickly, and did such a great job with the deep clean in my apartment. The little details were such a nice touch - even folding my blankets and wrapping my bathrobe nicely. They were able to remove rust from my stainless steel appliances - something i thought would never come out! Will be my go to cleaning service from now on, thank you so much!Â
