Went to this car yard today and the old lady who served myself was rude arrogant and spoke abruptly. Had all intentions of buying a cheap car for my daughter but walked away and would not go back ever again. Old lady you need to learn some people skills and customer service ethics. Bought a car at another dealership and they gave me gold glass service. Best car yard around. No pressure to buy. We walked in to look at a car, the owner brought over the keys and left us to inspect the car. No pressure to buy or harassment around buying, which is a very welcome experience. Will definitely be back to buy my son his first car.
Went there on Tuesday as I could not get my mechanic to undo the bolt of the oil change ask for a new seal as a seal on my vehicle is too tight. I have woken up this morning and had to go and buy a brand-new bottle of oil to put in my car. Absolutely disgusted and unhappy having to go all the way to a new mechanics at Cessnock that I know and trust to fix my vehicle that's more money out of my pocket to fix my car extremely unhappy. My son bought his first car here they were lovely people brought the car home and it wouldn’t start they came out the next morning and it was just a loose fuel hose which they fixed no charge and told him bring it back if any problems. I would highly recommend this car yard to anyone looking for a car they went above and beyond for us.
No one came out to see us, we were there for at least 15 minutes.One car was sitting there with a flat tyre,was a bit discouraged and left
