I have used JJ for my lawn mower repair for over 15 years - but I will no longer be using him. Last year I took my lawn mower to him for service when it would not start. He supposedly fixed it - but when I got it home it still would not start. So I had to take it back a second time for him to fix it - which he did. Took my lawnmower to JJ repair over 18 months ago. Promised to fix several times. Does not answer his phone or return calls. Finally spoke with him and he claimed he could not locate it. I gave up trying to get it back as it's more trouble than its worth at this point.
