Amazing service! I brought my handmade sterling silver ring to get size down 2 sizes and they did an amazing job. I took it to another jeweler who told me they wouldn’t be able to do it because of how the ring is shaped and I was so sad. I am so happy I tried J&J and found them. Sheila helped me and was so nice and consulted with me on the right size and the ring was ready in less than a week! I will be coming back here and taking all my jewelry here!!
