Field techs are 100% customer oriented!! They are the reason I use J & J. Office and billing is a different story. I have centricon protection for my property in Pineville, LA. I have repeatedly requested that I be billed only after I receive my yearly inspection. That has not happened no matter how hard I try. They are by far the best people and most affordable company for Exterminating I've ever seen and dealt with, period!!!!
