Al Whitte is a professional technician with J & J. Al always does an excellent job spraying inside and outside. Al provides exceptional customer service by calling or texting before the appointment to see if there is anything that needs to be addressed. Highly recommend J & J especially because of their techs like Al who is very knowledgeable about his job. He makes you feel comfortable knowing you can reach out to him if any issues arise.

Field techs are 100% customer oriented!! They are the reason I use J & J. Office and billing is a different story. I have centricon protection for my property in Pineville, LA. I have repeatedly requested that I be billed only after I receive my yearly inspection. That has not happened no matter how hard I try. Would like to speak to the President of the company to voice my frustration. I will NOT pay a yearly bill until my inspection is done!!! J. D. They are by far the best people and most affordable company for Exterminating I've ever seen and dealt with, period!!!!
