I was in a jam with an E-bike I purchased out of NYC. Nothing whatsoever to do with J & J Auto. Then the charger went bad. I tried calling the manufacturer and got nothing but dead air trying to find a human being that actually able to give me some direction finding a new, and very proprietary, charger. This has been updated...see the first paragraph, and please don't miss the second....I feel just baffled by this bait and switch.... John Brennan of J & J Enterprise went above and beyond to ensure a smooth purchase after my move from Wisconsin. This included touching base with me prior to the move to provide me a DMV list of required documentation to have handy among my sea of boxes.
