Through my nearly 40 years of existence I can honestly say that we've found our last dentist! The offices are clean and comfortable and ALWAYS a pleasure to walk into. And the staff is amazing... they treat us like we're the only patients they have and always great us with open arms. I go for all my routine cleanings and have also had cosmetic work done (veneers) and couldn't be happier. Dr. John DeStefon is a true artist and I'd challenge you to find one better. The reason why I’m not giving 5 stars is because when I got to my second appointment (the actual cleaning) At 6pm a person of the staff said “isn’t too late to get a cleaning” and some body else said a similar comment. (I had the feeling they wanted me to reschedule) I thought that was very inconsiderate since I drove all the way from coconut creek. I literally despise everything involving the dentist and have a phobia based on experiences as a child. But I have to give credit when credit is deserved... JJ Dental has done a great job. Their employees are very professional / customer service oriented, highly welcoming, flexible with scheduling and Dr. John made me feel comfortable even with severe anxiety towards dental work. Recommended!
I have been coming to JJ Dental for almost a year now. The staff and doctors are really friendly. Great clean facility. Their office frenchie is adorable. Doctors are very informative and helpful. They were great at following up after getting my wisdom teeth removed and doing a deep cleaning. The were quick to get back with me if I had any questions. During my procedure they were very accommodating. They gave me a blanket in case I got cold. They played soothing music and gave me a sleeping to help relax before my extraction... read more
