I come all the way from Miami to go to JJ Dental. Yes, they are that good. Dr. Cook takes his time and really cares. He never made an unnecessary recommendation. He also has a great group of people working with him. If you need a good dentist, he is the best.
For me the experience of being in the clinic is as important as the work done to my teeth. Dr Cook and Chelsea and all the staff make the time I spend there as comfortable as possible. I leave with a smile. Cause I know my teeth are getting the best care.
Best Dental office around!!! Dr. John has taken care of me amazingly. He not only has taken care of my teeth in the traditional dental ways, but also did my Invisalign! The office gave me an amazing Invisalign deal and Dr. John saw me every month to make sure my teeth were moving perfectly. Exceptional service!!! Friendly and warm staff :) The staff and dentists are highly committed to offering the best services to their clients (Dr. Muller, Dr. Cook, the assistants...). This place is beyond my expectations, and I am really pleased with their service and work.
You couldn't ask for a better staff or doctors! It's rare to find such a genuine doctor's office like this today.
I moved to Fort Lauderdale last April and located JJ demo right away. I fell in love with the practice, the dental techs, The front office and billing, and of course, Dr. John. My appointments are scheduled easily and quickly, my care is suburban and I enjoy just stopping by the office to visit!I have had a Maryland bridge replaced as well as a crown and I needed a new bite guard for nighttime use, so I’ve had a lot of experience in a short period of time. You can’t go wrong with this group of people they are wonderful!
I have been a patient at JJ Dental for the past year. I had 2 teeth cleanings, cosmetic dentistry, and teeth whitening. Every time I walk in, I am greeted with the sweetest and most welcoming front office staff ever. I love how calm I feel when I am there. From the dental hygienist, to the doctor- I always feel comfortable as they let me know what is going on every step of the way. I live in Delray and I travel to Lauderdale by the Sea for my dentist- cause they are the best!
From the moment I walked in to the moment I left They took GREAT care of my needs! Doctor Cook and his assistant did such a Great job, I didn't even know when he did the extraction, His Assistant helped tremendously. No words to express my gratitude! Thank you very much! From the front Desk to Dr. Cook's examination room! It was truly a wonderful experience during my time of great need!
