Espresso is not very flavorful, my latte was steamed to way over 140 degrees (which means my milk was scalded), and the food seems to be prepared (who knows how long) in advance. The barista, however, was extremely friendly and did the best he could considering he was the only one in there. I ask the owner of jives to please use better espresso beans, and to really train his staff on properly steaming milk. Using a thermometer helps!
This is by far one of my new favorite things about living in Colorado. Either of the venues that jives has to offer is a superb and awesome experience every time.
