The food at Jitlada is delicious and the portions are generous. Even though I dined alone, I ordered a variety of dishes, hoping for leftovers. I ended up with enough food for three excellent meals. The variety of flavored rices is amazing. I got ginger, pineapple and plain brown rice, to accompany my chicken satay, which was very tender and flavorful. OMG . I never thought I would find southern style food that really awesome .. I have to say it's the best Thai food ever beside homemade .. I wish there have one in Chicago because there are only open in LA.. The owner and staff very very nice . P'Jazz and her brother always come out and greets guests with awesome attitude love them ..
I'm famously ambivalent about Thai food. This was a life changing tour de force. Authentic and challenging. Worth the wait. Be sure and try it!
