This slide was horrible I hated it and could not stand it and the people are rude and very disrespectful and don't care I recommend not going to this company ever
Slide is beautiful but needs to be improved my grandson and 5 other party guests got all scratched up and raw from the material they used (stitching), it scratched them all up! It's a shame when some thing costs so much just for little kids to have fun and get hurt by it. My grandson was awake all night long because the scratches were so severe from the slide ! I wish the retailer jingo jump cared and would stay behind their product and not just dismiss us! This is just an awful experience!
This company is a joke! My friends sister paid over 4000.00 for a slide for all their grandkids. First day of using it one of the children got all scratched up from the stitching. When she approached the company to discuss the quality of their product they cursed at her and treated her like garbage! I would not reccomend this company, they have very poor customer service and their product is not good quality especially for the price.
It's a disgrace. I was at a friends party and they spent a good amount of money with this company expecting good equipment that's safe and adequate for use. This was not the case. And on top of that to be disrespectful to someone and call them names when they call in to get the issue fixed?!?! Your company is disgraceful. I and anyone I know will not be using this company. They provide unsafe equipment and disgraceful customer service.
ATTENTION!!!!!!!! HELLO! Just wanted to share the worst experience ever with this company!!!! I'm usually not one to complain, but this was over the top! WAY OVER THE TOP! The other day my friends mom rented a slide for a Memorial Day party, and it was defective. The dolly cart landed on his brothers foot and even put his brother in the ER. I am very disappointed in the quality of the product I received. The poor customer service when I called, because the product did not last a day. When your paying 4200.00 and up, you should get great quality merchandise, that lasts longer than a day. I would never recommend them to anyone. Be very aware of this company, you will be very disappointed and out of your hard earned money.
They have very poor customer service!! The man was no help whatsoever and called me the "B" word. He even threatened my family over the phone. I've never been talked to so disrespectfully by a customer service rep before. This is the first time I've ever given a bad review online. I usually don't bother because it's not worth it, but this is the WORST experience I've ever had!! I would NEVER recommend this company or their products to anyone!! If I was able to give less than 1 Star I would.
