We called for a free estimate they were out the same day with a fare estimate.Our job was a quick one for them so they called the next morning and completed the job and thorough clean up. We were happy with the service

Great company to work with. Their insurance company provided insurance information immediately upon asking. They were the best price compared to others. They handled the power line situation with the utility company. When dropping the trees in my yard, they "threaded the needle" with no damage to our gardens. They were quick and clean. I plan to use them for a few more trees in the winter..

Jim's tree experts were very prompt in getting the work started but have not completed the job. They did the work on a wet day therefore I have several ruts from their equipment and huge divots from the falling logs. I have wood chips thrown about my entire yard and they claim that is to be expected. They also dropped a very large branch right on top of my horseshoe pit completely destroying the platform. I also received a complaint from a neighbor that one of jim's crew members was urinating in my street in broad daylight. ... read more
