I purchased tires from another shop, along with "lifetime balancing". They had attempted to balance these tires 3 times in the last year and I was still getting a high speed shake. Jim's had it sorted and taken care of in less than a hour as a walk in. I won't be going anywhere else from here on. Thank you Robert and Derek "Hot Dog"!
