I was scheduled today for my AC unit to be replaced. I called this morning to get an approximate time. They lady said she would call the technician and call me back. I called again an hour later since she didn't call back. She said, it will be late morning and the technician will call 30-45 minutes before they arrive. I have called on this company several times in the last 6 years and they have always been awesome. They did the original setup of the ac/ furnace in the modular home. 6 years later, they came out when the AC stopped working and found the part outside got damaged from a hail storm and leaked all the freon out. They replaced in a very fast time and at a price that was fair. Last month they came out and did a full inspection so I could be confident the AC would work when it started getting hot.
