Would give zero star if possible. Please read other reviews here if considering this company. I took a small Kohler engine on a minibike in to have repaired. The service took longer than told, but that is not the issue. They called after three weeks to say that the engine could not be repaired and that \$69 charge was being applied. The bike was there 3 weeks, no repair was done, and then a \$69 checkout fee was added. I was told I could either pay that amount or they would sell the bike under a mechanic lien. Overchared by double!! I had to get a new gas tank for a mower Jim s charged me \$200 come to find out at another mower service the damn thing was only \$100!! Talk about dishonost!

Took my weedeater in for carb problems. They told me that it couldnt be fixed and charged me \$23. They then asked if I wanted it back. When I got it back, I could tell that they didnt even take it apart. Its still dirty, no tool marks, etc... You can tell. The bulb that sucks the gas in still doesnt work. Beware! They say they are going to work on your equipment, dont do anything to it, try to keep it (probably to really fix it and then sell it) and on top of that, charge you \$23. Pretty shady if you ask me!

They said it was an estimated time of 3 to 4 weeks that ended up turning into 3 to 4 months and it is still not repaired. They claim they are waiting on a part to get in but it is backordered. I can understand if they are waiting on a part, but a follow up call would have been basic customer service. I have always had wonderful service with them! I was pregnant and brought in my rotatiller and then went into labor. They had my rotatiller for a long time cause I couldnt get back up there after I had the baby. They were so nice and didnt over charge at all! Thanks!
