The staff is friendly and honest. I have taken my wife's S550 here a few times for oil changes and minor repairs. Not once have they tried to push other repairs or ad on parts to me. They have made me a long term customer. I will be back.

Great service and a friendly staff. I am very pleased with the work done on my 18-year-old BMW. It will now easily make the 20-year mark! I highly recommend German Auto Repair.

Jim's German has always worked on my European cars for the last 15 years they have always been extremely fair and the quality of work is better then the dealerships. I just love shuttle ride home that they offer.

I stumbled upon Jim's automotive just by looking up BMW repair shops. My BMW X5 had an issue with a BMW coolant vent design problem. The Dealer wrote me an estimate for $10,000 - I almost passed out.. I called Jim's and spoke to Jim personally, he explained that he knows of that problem and guaranteed that he could fix the problem at a fraction of the cost.. Jim not only fixed the original problem but repaired several other potential problems at a fraction of the BMW estimate. The potential problems were valid and not a scam... read more

It is hard to believe these reviews.. My Fiance took our 2000 Volkswagen Jetta into there shop. We just got our car out of the shop at another repair shop which they gave us a diagnostic and I spent alot of money on my repair. Then one week after my jetta started doing the same exact thing. Every time i would come to a stop it would just start stuttering when I would push on the gas. Which it was diagnosed at the other repair shop that the head was leaking and on the verge of blowing the Head. So on a whim we decided to pay ... read more

I've been having my cars repaired at Jim's for a number of years and have always been comfortable with their service and I really feel that Jim is trustworthy. When I thought I had to go to the dealership for a big repair, Jim advised me about what I should do and he saved me a great deal of money. I don't know if he's more expensive than other shops, as one reviewer said, but the confidence I have in this shop, and the fact that they always keep my car running, is very important to me. And they couldn't possibly be more cos... read more
