Knoxville police called Jim's Wrecker to remove our car from a wreck scene which they did but they caused further damage to our vehicle which the police cam footage clearly shows. Yet, they refused to acknowledge and refused to settle. Furthermore, after waiting three months for their garage to get around to assessing the damages from the wreck, they decided to not fix it but instead charge me storage fees dating from the day of arrival (over $2,000). They wanted $350 to get my car out of towing the day after it was towed. All these people do is make it harder for you to get your car out of towing so they can sell it. Which they did illegally to mine. (Which they say they didn’t but who really believes that). Was told by the people my car loan is through that Jim’s towing sold my car so I was being sued.
