RecommendedStopped by today as an membership holder and wanted to upgrade to the $15 wash to try it out. The machine would only let me use what was on my membership so I pushed the call to help button. A very nice man in a ball cap came and helped me and gave me the upgrade for free and said "we take care of our members." Great customer service, highly recommended.
As one would assume, buying the top car wash would get your car the cleanest— assume differently if you’re coming here. Back of the car isn’t clean, spots left all over the car, I could go on for hours. Tells you to “retract antenna”, well we can’t, so it snapped the antenna off clean. I always recommend this car wash to everyone but I won’t be anymore. Quality of the wash has went to dirt... I’m so ashamed I have actually send more than 20 people to this car wash for it to have gotten as bad as it has.
We have the monthly membership. Today I attempted to go and run my car through the wash and they continue to tell me that my card was declined. There was sufficient funds on my account. However they said they tried to run it again and it wouldn’t go through. I have confirmed with my bank that there was no decline on this card and they were not attempting to even run it. I got the monthly membership and I have washed my car everyday. I love the free vacuum also. My car always looks great after a wash.
Very unprofessional staff always a hassle card reader doesn’t work most of the time ! Very rude employees and manager ! Customer service is at a loss for loyal customers !! Car wash broke my mirror even when folded in and they say they are not responsible and doesn’t get your car clean for the money you pay !! BEWARE OF DAMAGE TO YOUR VEHICLES AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COST !!
Stopped in today to get our truck washed. Got the $12 wash pulled around and the attendant didn’t even guide us in. My wheels was pretty much right on top of the rail. Made it through the wash pulled around to the vacuums got out and noticed our truck was still dirty. Talked to another attendant and he then gave us a car wash code to go back through.
