I love going to Jim’s express wash. It gets the job done fast and affordable. Love the free vac. I recently was there and though I had lost my wallet. The guys there All jumped in and helped me look for it. Turns out it had just fell in my door panel. Great friendly and super helpful staff. I’ve had a great experience at all the Jim’s express washes that I have visited. I will continue to be a frequent customer!!
Scratched my car. Never got a call back from anyone.
I went and got my car wash and when I went to the gas station, I notice that it miss some spots on my car. I went back and they said by me getting a $3 wash that they didn't suppose to rewash it, but the manager said that they would give me another wash this time, but next time for me to not leave without checking my car first. He came back out and said that he was going to give me a $15 dollar wash. I was shock when he said that he was giving me a $15 car wash. Thanks to the manager. May God bless you Brandon. I checked out Jim’ express wash for the first time because I know someone who works there he wasn’t there that day and the workers took care of me not knowing I knew someone else who worked there so nice driving a clean truck around
