Although the process was painful and time consuming the guys over at Jim’s took care of our car and fixed their mistakes. Stuff happens! Thanks for standing behind your word! I will remain a customer myself, my fiancé however is now scared of the carwash! After and before pics attached. Embry’s body shop off Dixie Hwy fixed it all up for us!
They don’t maintain their equipment. Any time I’ve had an issue they tell me thanks for telling us about this hut never address or fix the problem
This place has torn up cars from two people I know and they refuse to fix the damages. Will take your information and then email you that there is nothing they can do. So shady.
