Company is a little deceiving. It is a dispatch service that routes calls to various service providers in town. The lady that booked me was from a call center that sounded like it was overseas. When they called me the morning of, we discovered she accidentally booked me for air duct cleaning and I had requested dryer vent cleaning. They were about 45 minutes past when they said they were going to arrive. They were able to squeeze me in for a last minute steam job for two chairs.
