It would seem customer's satisfaction will not be found at this establishment. I asked the barber to cut my grandson's hair to a certain height. The barber stated that he would not comply with my request. And to go to another barbershop, around the corner to have my wishes fulfilled. In other words "take my business elsewhere" WOW 😞
