Can't believe the friendly people, the initiative, and spot on service proided by Jims auto... I told Dave ecactly what i was looking for and what my limits and expectations were. Within 20 minutes he had called me with the perfect vehicle all the numbers worked out and a second option just incase. I DON'T have the greatest credit record to say the least and he still managed to get me a 2014 signed sealed and literally delivered to me at my work for well within my budget. I was blown away with the customer service. Dave drove to my house and picked me up. I drove him back to the dealer ship grabbed some forms and then took the car to the bank to get the loan squared away than went back and finished up. I love this car, got a great deal on it and know that beyond a doubt if there is a problem they will make sure its taken care of. I will recommend Jim's to anyone I know who is looking for a vehicle and will go there first when I am in the market again for a new vehicle. You guys are the best .... read more
