Dave was super helpful explaining all the different options that I had on my new Jeep! He certainly knew what he was talking about and was willing to work with me. They were able to give me more information after hours which made the process even easier. THANK YOU!! You all are amazing. I would 100% recommend Jim’s auto sales to any of my friends and family. If I ever need a new car again, I will choose to go to Jim’s!
Dave (the salesman) was amazing to work with. There was never any pressure and he was very prompt at returning my calls. I had an issue with a questionable battery shorty after purchase (3hours), they came and picked it up (I do not live locally), left me with a loaner and put a new battery (very high end one) in. By the time this was all completed it was after hours. Picked up the new car in the morning and it has worked like a charm ever since. We will definitely be back for our next purchase.
