Jim saved thanksgiving! Our oven went this weekend and I literally panicked thinking, OMG what are we going to do??? He came Monday morning, had it diagnosed in 5 minutes, and fixed in under 30 minutes. Reasonable price too. Jim is awesome, highly recommend and will use again if need be.
Called them and left a message on Saturday. Was called back on Sunday to schedule an appointment. Quickly fixed the issue and provided information on how to avoid having similar issue in the future. Service call was reasonably priced.
The morning I was having a big group of people for dinner, my refrigerator/freezer died. Jim arrived within 30 minutes of my call and diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes. He drove to get the part, returned and had the appliance up and running within 2 hours of my initial call. He’s a great, honest and talented man. I wish I could give him more stars!
