Yes the NEW Washing Machine was delivered this morning, NOW we can do some wash & not have to go to the launder-mat. Our old one was 20 years old, and had a major breakdown on the 25th of January ( I thought it was the 6th of February, but I looked at the calendar wrong) So instead of trying to get it repaired my parents, decided we should just buy a new Washer/Dryer set. I would not recommend calling in to Jim’s Appliance with any question you have during the information gathering stage for appliances. I am undergoing a major kitchen remodel and will be purchasing high end appliances. I’ve been sorting through YouTube reviews and website info but thought it might be nice to talk to a “professional” about my purchases. I have left my number multiple times. With no call backs. I thought it would be good to shop local. I found what I wanted on the website, and called to inquire about estimated ship/delivery timeframe. I called mid-day yesterday and was told that all sales associates were busy, but a woman took my name and number and said someone would call me back. I fully understand people being busy and that is fine. However, after the full next business day I still haven’t received a call back. It is a bit disappointing.
RecommendedOur salesman, Gary Ball was friendly, knowledgeable, and tuned in to what we wanted. The store had a broad selection of appliances so that we could make the choice that fit our home. When delivery day came the men making the delivery were at the same standard, courteous, efficient, and careful of our home.

ken from jims appliance was amazing today he saved our bacon. excellent customer service. we needed a one piece washer dryer and he made it happen no where else in the valley had one on hand today. these guys are full of knowledge and are incredible to work with.
Still trying to decide on what to do with an old Jenn Air but called ahead of time and the salesman on the phone had nothing but patience and knowledge for all of my questions. Went to the store a couple days later, they were busy but apologized for the wait. Again had patience to answer more questions and ideas on how to convert from a down draft.
We purchased all of our appliances for our new home at Jim’s. The sales staff was helpful and friendly! Our move in date was delayed and they had no issue storing our special order appliances until we were ready to install.
