I've been using Jimmy's for several years now and I've never been disappointed with the service.
Friendly, prompt and convenient. Jimmy’s Cleaners is the best!
Place is very expensive, customer service is non existent and their turn around times are laughable (on Tuesdays after 5pm drop off won't be ready til Monday) 3 shirts and a suit $40! When I reminded the lady that I presented the coupon that I pulled off their website for 20% off at drop off, she informed me, well it doesn't apply to this order because of some small print item that she couldn't articulate when I went for pick up and to pay.
