Jimmys is the worst place I've ever been too. Jimmy himself is a moron for lack of better words. He didn't do anything he was hired to do and then asked for more more money claiming "his labor is 150$ an hour and he used the entire 1000$ deposit trying to figure out what the problem was (WHICH HE NEVER FIGURED OUT FOR 150$ AN HOUR) AFTER 8 DAYS OF THE LIES AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LETS NOT FORGET THE 2 DAYS HE CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW HED BE GOING HOME EARLY AND WOULDNT HAVE TIME TO WORK ON MY TRUCK I SAID ENOUGH AN... read more
Goes both ways.... Jimmy saved me a lot of money by doing a muffler (weld) repair on a 2004 Infiniti G35 exhaust when the dealer wanted me to replace the catalytic converter. KUDOS on the small repair. This week I brought in my "hunting truck" for making a loud clanging noise. They diagnosed as a bearing issue & I also needed new rotors. Jimmy gave me a "discount" because I really didn't want to do the work but he convinced me. $975 later I had new bearings & rotors. I highly recommend Jimmys Auto they do phenomenal work. They are fair and reasonable and honestly very trustworthy. They don’t lead you astray like most places do. And they just go above and beyond I recommend them any day of the week.
