It is always a positive feeling to come to the office starting with the people at the front desk. The medical assistants listen and care about you. There are not enough positive words to describe Jimmy Tran; that is why I recommend him to everyone and they agree with me. Jimmy Tran is a positive addition to the staff.
Check in and out process was very quick and friendly. The exam Staff were very professional and engaged in listening to my concerns. They checked my areas of concern, which turned out to be nothing, but did a through examination and noticed things I missed and took biopsy's, and scheduled me for a deeper biopsy at a later date after THEY take care of getting my Insurances prior authorization. I feel they genuinely cared for my needs, not just get me in, get me out. They took their time and show
The front desk was warm and receptive and so friendly. PA Tran and his MA were very professional and PA Tran's bedside manner was like a breath of fresh air since it's been a very long time since I've experienced that. He is detail oriented, friendly, and his closure technique was impeccable. I would definitely tell my coworkers to look at Las Vegas Skin & CA Clinics- particularly this office for all their Derm needs. I have already placed a card on our hospital board for referrals to staff.
Jimmy Tran was both courteous and professional. He was very knowledgeable yet friendly. I felt very confident with the care i received.
