The absolute worst service department I have ever seen. I have never been treated so poorly at any businesses. They obviously don’t care about repeat customers or potential new car buyers. They do not stand behind their service. They provided a quote over the phone for service, I made an appointment based on that quote. When I arrived they kept me waiting over 30 minutes past my appointment time, then quoted the same service and it had gone up by over $50. Told me they never quoted the original price. After driving two hours to test drive a truck I was told they did not have it in stock. This was after I had an appointment with them to drive this truck. I would never do business with them.

If you want your credit run MULTIPLE times, go there. They are only interested in the sale! I only gave permission to run at Redstone. I’m getting letters in the mail 3 weeks later informing me they ran my credit. Thanks to Jimmy Smith, my credit has dropped from 868 to 811! I’m VERY disappointed in them & will NEVER be back!
