My wife and I had an amazing dinner, I had the 8oz A5 Wagyu pittsburghed and it was easily the tastiest thing I've ever put in my mouth. I've had plenty of wagyu and a5 Kobe in the past but they were not as good as this steak. The service was very friendly and attentive, the gm and I had a good chat about cooking at home with our sous vide circulators.
