First time there, and the food was outstanding the the service was even better.
Wonderful service. Food was amazing! Everything was delicious and perfectly cooked.
First time I went it was unbelievable! Second time not so much. Steak had a ring of gristle surrounding it making it almost impossible to cut. I made the best of it not wanting to make a big deal about it in front of my son. After the plates were cleared the manager came over and asked how everything was and I told him about the gristle. His response? "Yeah, I noticed you were having a rough time of it". REALLY?? And you waited till the plates were cleared?? Inexcusable.

Glenn, I have to say in all honesty, that this comes as shock to me. I'm the only male manager on staff in the restaurant and I'm the general manager. I take tremendous pride in what we serve and how we serve it here at Jimmy P's. I have no recollection of any such incident and it is as far from my character as possible to say that I acknowledged the problem and then simple dismissed it. I just won't do that.
