In November 2024 I bought a 2014 Lincoln MKS from these people because I lost my last vehicle to flood damage from the hurricane so I was desperate to find a reliable car. Less than a month after I buy the car the fuel module pump breaks that was a $500 repair, then the a/c stopped working, less than 6 months after buying & paying off the car the head gasket cracks & the engine completely flooded with oil & coolant. Purchased a Vehicle 6 months ago, got 2 paper plates, then finally got real plate after a lot of back and forth, now that plate is new for renewal, state tax collector says that I CAN NOT RENEW BECAUSE DEALER STILL HASNT PROCESSED TITLE PAPERWORK!!! a complaint has been filed with the state against this dealership and we will get an attorney involved as well. seems as these guys buy cars from auction and do not pay for them so auction holds title, they sell cars to pay off other debts and cars and play with paperwork. I'm regretting buying a car from here. Not only did the car not even last a year, there have been so many issues since obtaining this car. They will try anything to make the sale. We went through 3 paper tags before they finally got us established. The first issue was the burning rubber smell. Then there was an issue only 4 months later and had to get a few new parts which was supposed to covered under warranty (only 70% covered). The last issue was the transmission which finally failed.
