History Established in 1998. Our first Jimmymacs was built in Renton, WA in 1998. We brought the "Roadhouse" concept to Washington State. We are the place you can throw peanut shells on the floor. We make everything in our kitchen from scratch. We researched Texas Roadhouse concepts before we designed and built our Washington Roadhouse. Food and service are excellent. A touch of Teaxas in the Pacific Northwest.
All u can eat spanish rolls with honey butter.. great brisket.. unless U going in the next day for their sandwich special.. then its dry. . Wish the drinks were stronger.. but we go for the people. Fantastic atmosphere.
